Most products can be returned for store credit or refund, at our option, within 7 days of purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.

A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to all items returned after 5 days from the date of purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories.  Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package.  We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped contents or packaging.

The following items are NOT RETURNABLE:

Plant material (trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, aquatic plants, etc.) special order items, pond liner, underlayment, tubing, books, any liquids (including honey), Living creatures (fish, tadpoles, snails, turtles, newts, honeybees, queens, etc.), any items used or tested in any manner, any items sold at a discount or during any clearance sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Refunds

Refunds will be given as store credit or, at our option, in the same manner as original purchase was paid.  (No refunds or credits for purchases paid by check until 10 business days from date of deposit).

All sales that are cancelled or returned after being charged to a credit card are subject to a 7% Processing Fee, as this is the approximate fee that we must pay to the bank to process the purchase and then refund the purchase to your credit card.
