Grass carp are available by permit only. A permit must be issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) before you can purchase grass carp for your pond. Please visit the DEC website for more information and to apply for a permit.

Once you receive your permit from the NYS DEC

Complete the order form below.
Mail ALL THREE physical permit copies to us.

Once we receive your permit copies, we will email an invoice for your requested number of grass carp.
Complete payment of your invoice. Once this invoice is paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation with information about picking up your fish as well as a link to select your pickup day and time.
