Sell at the Vendor Market

Do you have a product that would be a good addition to our Honey Harvest Festival? Our Vendor Market is one of the highlights of the event for many, and will put your products in front of a really unique group of attendees. We’d love to include you!

The festival attracts shoppers from a wide variety of backgrounds, but they are all interested in bees and honey! Bee-themed art, beekeeper tools, etc. all do well and will be considered for inclusion in the festival’s offerings. Baked goods made with honey, meads or beers, jams and jellies…all sorts of tasty treats do well at this event, too!

If you want to "bee" part of the fun, please fill out the application below so that we can review your products and make selections to include in this year’s Vendor Market. We aim to have a variety of products to offer to our visitors, so please give us as much information as possible about your business and the products you will be marketing when filling out the vendor application form.

Vendor Fee & Info

The Vendor Market fee is just $75, and covers both days of the festival.

  • Each vendor will have a space either in our greenhouse or in our nursery yard. We’ll chat about what type of space you prefer.

  • Vendors are required to be in attendance at their booth during the entire festival. Saturday, 9-4, Sunday 10-3.

  • Once your application is approved, we’ll be in touch with specific details about set-up and tear-down.

  • Vendors selling alcohol will be responsible for having the proper permits/liability insurance coverage.

We will begin accepting applications for Honey Harvest Festival 2024 in May, 2024.
